You'll join Bluelight, a software consultancy, as an Outbound SDR targeting the Latin America market. You'll drive growth by prospecting new accounts and generating qualified leads for our SaaS products supporting first responders. This fully remote role offers performance-based growth and continuous learning opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect new leads via cold calls, email, and social media.
• Qualify leads and set meetings for sales executives.
• Collaborate with marketing on outbound warm calling campaigns.
• Maintain accurate prospect records in HubSpot CRM.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of SDR experience with quota achievement.
• Proven cold calling and prospecting skills.
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales process.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM.

• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows.
• First responder experience or passion for public safety tech.
