You'll be the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance, supporting hardware, software, and network issues across Mac and Windows environments. You'll troubleshoot and resolve problems, manage incidents in IT ticketing systems, and support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 applications.

- Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage incidents in ticketing system (Zendesk, Freshservice)
- Support user accounts and system maintenance
๐ Requirements
- 1-2 years proven experience in service desk or IT support
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Solid understanding of Mac and Windows OS troubleshooting
- Familiarity with IT ticketing tools like Zendesk or Freshservice
