You'll join the Cause Prioritization team to help prioritize and launch new $100 million+ funds, design impact evaluation systems, and conduct research to inform grantmaking. Your work will shape Coefficient Giving's Global Health and Wellbeing strategy and drive high-impact giving decisions. This role offers the chance to work with a small, flexible team on diverse cause areas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct desk research to assess potential cause areas and programs.
• Build back-of-the-envelope models to estimate cost-effectiveness.
• Interview domain experts and work with potential grantees.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with quantitative modeling.
• Excellent written communication for synthesizing findings.
