You'll define and optimize pricing and monetization strategies for Confluent's data streaming platform, driving revenue growth. You'll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to align pricing with customer value. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Devise cloud pricing strategy through research and cost modeling
• Own internal pricing and estimation tools end-to-end
• Drive cross-functional alignment on pricing with key stakeholders
• Define success metrics and analyze tool usage for improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with B2B SaaS experience
• 3+ years working on pricing, monetization, or billing
• Strong cross-functional influence across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance
• Comfort with data and financial models (unit economics, margins)
