You'll own full-cycle recruiting, partner with senior leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies, and drive a best-in-class candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruiting experience
• Track record of identifying and qualifying technical candidates via LinkedIn and resume reviews
• Strong executive communication and influence skills
• Ability to work effectively and independently
• Positive personality and willingness to take ownership

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies
• Source diverse candidates and create strategic sourcing plans
• Track and analyze hiring metrics, report progress to leadership
• Implement creative and scalable changes to recruiting strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, People Ops, Legal) to deliver excellent candidate experience
