You will coordinate the full implementation process for new clients, develop and communicate project plans, monitor progress, and provide advanced problem-solving. Your work ensures clients' benefit plans are built accurately and transitioned smoothly, leveraging technology to deliver a human-centered experience.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, experience with mail merge and Excel preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Employee benefit/insurance knowledge helpful but not required
• Experience with Ebix Enterprise, LuminX, or Redcard helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation for new clients, confirming scope of services
• Develop and communicate implementation project plans and timelines
• Conduct initial and follow-up implementation meetings
• Monitor progress and communicate revised plans and timelines
• Build plans and groups based on design specifications within turnaround guidelines
