You will apply cutting-edge ML technologies to real-world marketing problems, from problem definition to model deployment. Collaborate with product teams and ML engineers, conduct evaluations, and mentor junior scientists.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in CS, ML, Math, EE, or related
• 3+ years ML experience in prediction, optimization, segmentation, or recommendation
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Experience deploying enterprise-grade ML models with pipelines and dashboards
• Proficient with LLM-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)

Responsibilities

• Predict user intention, segment users, recommend products, optimize campaign content and send time
• Translate product goals into ML problems during planning
• Deploy models to production with ML engineers
• Conduct offline/online evaluation and continuous optimization
• Mentor junior scientists and evolve team standards
