You'll oversee quality control operations at a wet pet food plant in Thailand, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards. You'll work with external suppliers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct quality control per company policy and planning.
• Manage workforce to support operation line effectively.
• Implement quality activities across all product conversion stages.
• Work with external suppliers to ensure compliance.
• Empower, coach, and monitor subordinates for accuracy and effectiveness.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
• At least 10 years in quality control in canning food or wet petfood.
• Fluent Thai and English communication skills.
• Knowledge of quality standards like GMP, HACCP, BRC, DLD, ISO22000.

✨ Nice to Have

• Training of Retort Supervisors.
• Experience communicating with top management.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
