๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead our influencer ecosystem across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, managing end-to-end campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and drive engagement. You will work closely with creators and internal teams to execute data-driven campaigns that support business goals. This role offers high autonomy and fast-track growth in a mission-driven fintech company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify, negotiate, and manage KOLs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Develop and optimize affiliate partnerships for performance metrics
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with insights
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing or similar
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Deep understanding of social media platforms algorithms and trends
- Strong analytical skills with experience in influencer analytics tools

- Experience with affiliate program management
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns
- Knowledge of advertising compliance standards (#ad, disclosures)
