You'll lead our influencer ecosystem across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, managing end-to-end campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and drive engagement. You will work closely with creators and internal teams to execute data-driven campaigns that support business goals. This role offers high autonomy and fast-track growth in a mission-driven fintech company.

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage KOLs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
  • Develop and optimize affiliate partnerships for performance metrics
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with insights
  • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms algorithms and trends
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in influencer analytics tools

  • Experience with affiliate program management
  • Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns
  • Knowledge of advertising compliance standards (#ad, disclosures)
