You will deeply understand the needs of fans, sellers, teams, and artists, setting direction through clear strategies and sweating the details in execution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to evolve SeatGeek's platform and improve component systems for consistent, high-quality experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience
• Excellent craftsmanship
• Understanding of technical and logistical obstacles in live experiences
• Mindset of a challenge, changemaker, and innovator
• 4+ hours overlap with 9:30am-5:30pm East Coast workday

Responsibilities

• Understand needs, motivations, and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists
• Set direction by creating clear and impactful strategies and executing through launch
• Balance speed and quality, driving impact through optimizations and 0-1 product development
• Demonstrate outstanding design skills with passion for experimentation, data, and systems thinking
• Collaboratively improve component systems to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences
