🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead live and recorded studio production including control room operations
• Oversee post-production operations across editing, finishing, and delivery
• Own studio and post-production technology and infrastructure
• Lead and develop a team of studio technicians and editors

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in studio production or broadcast environments
• Hands-on live studio production and control room experience
• Familiarity with TriCaster, Blackmagic, NDI workflows
• Proven ability to lead teams of 4+ direct reports

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with digital asset management platforms
• Experience with project management systems like Monday, Asana, Jira
• Strong stakeholder management skills
