💼 About This Role

You'll join M32 Labs as the first marketer to take a B2B AI startup from 0 to $2M ARR. You'll own paid ads, outbound ops, creative production, and full-funnel CRO with total autonomy and a significant budget. This is a hands-on execution role with minimal bureaucracy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Orchestrate automated outbound sequences using Clay, Instantly, and Apollo.
• Produce 10-20 ad creatives and landing page variants per week.
• Improve sign-up flow, landing pages, and email nurture sequences.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience taking a product from negligible revenue to over $1M ARR.
• Hands-on expertise with paid ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
• Proficiency in modern outbound tools (Clay, Instantly, Apollo).
