You'll partner with European business leaders to design and execute talent strategies for a fast-moving fashion tech company. You'll drive HR strategy across the entire European region and contribute to global HR initiatives. This role offers the chance to shape organizational culture in a rapidly growing international company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as strategic TA partner for business leaders on workforce planning.
• Define selection criteria and job specs for tech and fashion roles.
• Innovate hiring methodologies aligned with company culture.
• Analyze talent trends and compensation in the European market.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Direct experience recruiting in a Tech or fast-paced industry.
• In-depth understanding of EU labor laws and GDPR.
• Native German and fluent English.

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• Experience with global HRIS systems (Ascentis, BambooHR, etc.).
• Experience sourcing tech roles and working with global teams.
