Description
You will lead and scale a mid-market sales organization across EMEA, driving revenue growth and operational excellence. Reporting to the SVP EMEA APAC, you'll manage sales managers and account executives, own regional forecasting, and build repeatable processes to achieve predictable revenue.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SaaS sales experience with significant experience in mid-market or enterprise segments
- Minimum 5+ years in sales leadership, including managing managers
- Strong experience selling into organizations with $100m-$1bn revenue across EMEA
- Proven success in closing and scaling multi-six-figure new business and expansion ACV
- Effective communicator with strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a growing mid-market sales organization across EMEA, managing sales managers and account executives
- Drive new business acquisition and expansion across organizations with $100m-$1bn revenue
- Define and execute regional mid-market strategy aligned to broader EMEA APAC objectives
- Own regional forecasting, pipeline health, and quota attainment across multiple teams
- Develop leadership capability within first-line managers through coaching and mentorship
