You'll own technical accounting and financial reporting, preparing the organization for its first external audit and public market entry. You'll work closely with the Chief Accounting Officer to ensure compliance, using AI tools to optimize workflows. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical accounting for audit and S-1 preparation
• Lead preparation of GAAP financial statements and disclosures
• Manage external audit process and advisor relationships
• Establish workflows, controls, and reporting standards

📋 Requirements

• Active CPA with Big 4 or national firm background
• 8+ years in technical accounting or financial reporting
• Deep understanding of US GAAP principles
• Experience preparing GAAP financial statements from scratch
