• Lead technical pre-sales engagements from discovery through solution design

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions architecture or pre-sales engineering in cloud contact center
• Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX and its platform capabilities
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong understanding of contact center operations including routing and IVR

• Genesys Cloud CX certifications
• Experience migrating legacy contact centers to Genesys CCaaS
• Knowledge of AI-driven capabilities like virtual agents and speech analytics
