💼 About This Role

You'll own the full-stack growth strategy for Anrok's new eCommerce vertical, targeting $5M+ revenue from DTC brands. You'll build and execute multi-channel acquisition programs across paid, affiliate, and organic channels, leveraging deep expertise in eCommerce buyer personas. This high-impact role offers equity upside of an early-stage startup with product-market fit and a hybrid work environment in San Francisco, NYC, or Salt Lake City.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end growth strategy and execution for the eCommerce vertical
  • Build and execute multi-channel growth programs across paid, affiliate, and organic channels
  • Develop deep expertise in eCommerce buyer personas and pain points
  • Design and execute A/B tests and conversion optimization experiments
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop vertical-specific content and thought leadership

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Proven eCommerce marketing experience with understanding of DTC ecosystem and platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce
  • Hands-on experience managing significant paid acquisition budgets across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging channels
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics, attribution, and A/B testing

  • Previous experience as a SaaS solution buyer or business owner at a DTC/eCommerce business
  • Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce integrations
