You'll lead and scale the performance benchmarking organization at Everpure, driving competitive advantage through industry benchmarks like SPEC, IO500, and MLCommons. Your work will directly influence product strategy and marketing claims by delivering on-time, defensible results. This role offers the opportunity to shape the standards for enterprise storage performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and execute global benchmark strategy and submission calendar.
• Scale and lead domain-specific pods for File/NAS, HPC, and ML/MLPerf.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to secure timely optimizations.
• Chair go/no-go reviews with Legal and Brand teams for external claims.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in storage performance benchmarking with public submissions (SPEC, IO500, MLPerf, SPC).
• Proven Program/Product Management leadership in instituting rigorous benchmark standards.
• Direct experience interfacing with external benchmark organizations (SPEC, IO500, MLCommons).
• Exceptional communication to deliver technical presentations to diverse audiences.
