You'll provide compassionate, one-on-one care for an 11-year-old neurodivergent child with medical complexity. Core impact: using a relationship-based, low-demand approach to support emotional regulation and daily activities. This full-time, live-out position prioritizes connection over correction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide attentive, compassionate one-on-one care.
• Support emotional regulation and co-regulation.
• Facilitate creative play and gentle educational activities.
• Assist with meals, medications, and toileting as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with neurodivergent or medically complex children.
• Understanding of trauma-informed, low-demand care.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with medication documentation.
• Valid driver's license (family-provided vehicle used).
