Description

You will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of property areas including offices, clubhouses, models, vacant units, and common areas. This role ensures units are move-in ready and supplies are properly managed.

Requirements

• Ability to work hard and maintain attention to detail
• Desire to learn and innovate
• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of office, clubhouse, models, vacant units, laundry rooms, and common areas
• Clean and prepare vacant units including appliances, bathrooms, and glass
• Tidy ready vacant units by dusting, vacuuming, and freshening
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Request re-ordering needed supplies from Service Manager
