Description

You will identify, target, and onboard restaurant partners to the Careem Food Delivery network, negotiating commercials and exclusivity deals. You'll work with a dynamic team to drive growth in the Food vertical.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• 1-2 years field sales or business development experience with proven track record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of Sharjah geographic landscape
• Highly motivated with a 'hunting spirit' and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Identify and target restaurant partners for onboarding to Careem Food Delivery network
• Negotiate commercial terms, exclusivity, and consumer deals
• Adopt cluster-by-cluster approach to cover high-potential geographic areas
• Onboard partners from other platforms and close long-tail outlets
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets consistently
