You'll serve as the primary technical liaison for Illumio's strategic customers, ensuring they achieve their Zero Trust goals. You'll provide project leadership and architectural guidance for cybersecurity initiatives while building trusted advisor relationships with customer executives. This role offers the chance to drive platform adoption across hybrid multi-cloud environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish long-term relationships and understand client strategic goals
• Provide project leadership and architectural guidance for Zero Trust initiatives
• Lead challenging requests across simultaneous client engagements
• Perform health checks, document findings, and provide best-practice recommendations

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience supporting SaaS enterprise software
• Knowledge of cybersecurity products, firewalls, and Zero Trust architecture
• Experience deploying enterprise security solutions
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills for executive-level engagement

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
• Knowledge of networking concepts: routers, switches, load balancers
• Familiarity with SIEM and SOAR in enterprise environments
