📋 Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals (backend, frontend, or full-stack)
• Experience building production systems with high quality
• Built AI agents (side projects count)
• Worked with LLMs or AI systems in production

• Shipped ML or AI features with uptime requirements
• Built evaluation systems or ML experimentation pipelines
• Strong opinions on safety, latency, and helpfulness
