💼 About This Role

You'll lead NPI transitions from prototype to full production, working cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and vendors. Your impact ensures on-time delivery and quality for innovative power tools. This role offers ownership of end-to-end manufacturing for a fast-growing hardware company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage NPI from engineering samples to full volume production
• Interface with global supply chain and lead production transition
• Manage manufacturing, supply chain, and operations team
• Develop QC plans for initial and continual production
• Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for multiple products

📋 Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience shipping hardware products with contract manufacturers
• Experience working with consumer products and in R&D environments
• Experience in project management overseeing decision making and risk management
• Understanding of transition from internal builds to manufacturing volumes

• Familiarity with negotiating with external vendors
