💼 About This Role

You'll document issues and communicate with sellers and buyers to reach optimal resolutions according to marketplace guidelines. You'll ensure orders in the fulfillment flow are solved and returned for same-day shipment. This role offers the chance to develop an understanding of sneaker conditions and order statuses in a fast-paced team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Document issues and communicate with sellers and buyers to reach resolution
• Ensure orders in fulfillment flow are solved and returned for same-day shipment
• Pick shoes from inventory and process returns and orders
• Take photos quickly and accurately of sneakers
• Develop understanding of GOAT's order statuses to triage escalated orders

📋 Requirements

• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Background in dealing directly with customers and suppliers
• Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 12 hours)
• Must be able to lift and move boxes (up to 35 pounds)

• Experience operating carts, dollies and other moving equipment
• Quick learner and self-starter
