🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, coach, and develop part-time staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers.
• Lead service components for food quality, customer service, employee friendliness, and store cleanliness.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thursday through Sunday.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with using commercial convection ovens is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Background in hospitality or customer service.
