Join Medrio as an Associate Clinical Trial Project Manager, where you'll manage database implementations for clinical trials, serve as a client-facing liaison, and ensure seamless project delivery using critical thinking and proactive communication.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years of clinical trial industry experience
• Project management experience including stakeholder management, project tracking, risk assessment
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent writing and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation including Kick-Off presentations, Project Management Plans, meeting Agendas and Minutes, and overall project timelines
• Manage EDC, EDC/Imaging, EDC/Onboarding, EDC/ePRO, EDC/eConsent, and Hardware studies
• Act as primary liaison between technical teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals
• Provide proactive communication, set clear expectations, and respond to client inquiries within 24 hours
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, providing recommendations for resolution
