You'll drive net-new revenue by recruiting top real estate agents to Compass through effective selling of our value proposition. Your core impact is convincing agents to switch brokerages, directly influencing market expansion and company growth. This role offers direct decision-maker engagement and high earning potential.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and engage top producing real estate agents
- Present Compass value proposition including technology and marketing
- Negotiate and close agreements with agent decision-makers
- Manage pipeline and track progress against quarterly GCI quota
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong presentation and client meeting skills
