Your core impact is convincing agents to switch brokerages, directly influencing market expansion and company growth. This role offers direct decision-maker engagement and high earning potential.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage top producing real estate agents
  • Present Compass value proposition including technology and marketing
  • Negotiate and close agreements with agent decision-makers
  • Manage pipeline and track progress against quarterly GCI quota

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong presentation and client meeting skills
