You'll work at the intersection of product analytics and machine learning within Plaid's Fraud Data team. You'll analyze customer and network traffic to understand product performance, build dashboards, run backtests, and design experiments that shape fraud detection products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze customer and network traffic to assess product performance
• Build dashboards and metrics for product health visibility
• Run backtests on customer traffic to evaluate model performance
• Design experiments in partnership with Product and Engineering

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years total experience with product analytics or machine learning
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks or backtesting
• Skilled in designing and maintaining dashboards and performance metrics

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in fraud or risk domains
• Familiarity with data-insights products and model-performance metrics
