You will play a direct service role—such as Job Developer, Job Coach, or Life Skills Instructor—working with individuals recently released from incarceration to help them build skills, confidence, and stability, connecting them to meaningful employment opportunities that reduce recidivism and strengthen communities.

- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work in a connected team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences
