Description

You will play a direct service role—such as Job Developer, Job Coach, or Life Skills Instructor—working with individuals recently released from incarceration to help them build skills, confidence, and stability, connecting them to meaningful employment opportunities that reduce recidivism and strengthen communities.

• Deep dedication to equity and experience in reentry, workforce development, or human services
• Passion for personal transformation with firm accountability and genuine empathy
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work in a connected team
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in accurate documentation and data tracking for advocacy and impact

Responsibilities
