Description

You will manage strategic relationships with clients on our Flash Team, overseeing eCommerce projects from vendor onboarding to post-sale analytics. You'll act as a subject matter expert on Shopify and related technologies, ensuring projects stay on track and clients receive white-glove service.

Requirements

• Available to work 40 hours and located in South America
• 1+ years eCommerce project management experience
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Advanced understanding of project management methodologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage projects for partners end-to-end (onboarding to post-sale analytics)
• Understand client business goals and help them grow
• Develop and prioritize product roadmaps and strategic recommendations
• Manage communication via phone and email with clients
• Track feedback to improve processes
