You'll lead global clinical monitoring and operational systems for a clinical-stage biotech advancing CNS therapies. You'll develop strategies to strengthen site relationships and oversee monitoring quality across internal and CRO teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure global clinical monitoring quality and GCP compliance across internal and CRO teams.
• Oversee Lead CRAs, providing guidance and fostering continuous learning.
• Conduct oversight/co-monitoring visits to enhance site monitoring strategies.
• Oversee Clinical Operations Systems team for eTMF and CTMS integrity.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 12+ years in clinical trial industry with 5+ years onsite clinical monitoring
• 5+ years global trial monitoring oversight with direct management of monitors
• Experience with CTMS and eTMF platforms

• Competency in technical systems like Power BI
• Experience developing monitoring quality metrics and KPIs
