Description

Lead the development and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes in a fully onsite role. You will drive automation, lean initiatives, and cross-functional improvements to achieve world-class quality, safety, and throughput in electromechanical production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering; Master's or Black Belt preferred
• 7–10+ years progressive manufacturing engineering experience, ideally electromechanical high-volume
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, process mapping, and standard work
• Proficient in CAD, ERP, MES; experience with automation, PLCs, robotics or Industry 4.0
• Strong leadership, project management, and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of advanced manufacturing processes and production systems
• Drive automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives for smart manufacturing
• Serve as technical authority in cross-functional teams to ensure product manufacturability
• Facilitate kaizen events, root cause investigations, and CAPA implementation
• Ongoing: optimize line layouts, material flow, and takt time using Lean; improve KPIs (yield, cycle time, scrap, OEE)
