💼 About This Role

You'll build and maintain production-grade data pipelines and trusted data models for Front's GTM and Marketing systems, enabling reliable reporting and analytics. You'll partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to define metrics and empower self-serve analytics at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines from GTM and Marketing systems.
• Design and own trusted data models for marketing and GTM concepts.
• Partner with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and Analytics to align metrics and definitions.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response for critical datasets.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of dedicated data engineering or analytics engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and clean, testable Python code.
• Experience with modern data warehouses like Snowflake and orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Experience with dbt and modern SQL transformation practices.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building data models on large datasets (hundreds of TB to petabyte scale).
• Experience with access control patterns (RBAC, masking policies) in Snowflake.
