Description

You will join the Fresh SCM Autonomation team to drive data-driven decision-making on complex problems like optimal vendor ordering and inventory design for the Fresh-Grocery category. You will build analytical models using statistical tools, run simulations, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years experience in Business Analytics / Data Analytics
• High proficiency in SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, R/Python
• Native Korean, business-level English

Responsibilities

• Build decision models using statistical tools with forecasting, data science, and product teams
• Define KPIs and identify improvement opportunities in forecasting analytics
• Solve network inventory redistribution optimization problems
• Use Python, R, SQL to extract, analyze, and structure data for business decisions
• Build optimization models and run simulations considering constraints and variables
