💼 About This Role

You'll own and execute all HR operations across the US team as a hands-on HR Manager at a leading 3D generative AI company. You'll translate global HR strategies into local execution, driving recruitment and serving as a cultural connector between China HQ and the US team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own US employee lifecycle: onboarding, benefits, compliance, offboarding
• Assist end-to-end recruiting for US-based roles
• Serve as HR partner for US employees and managers
• Execute performance review cycles and talent reviews

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years HR experience in fast-paced global tech or startup environment
• Hands-on experience with US employment law, especially California regulations
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin
• Execution-oriented with builder's mindset
