You'll own core accounting processes across multiple entities at a high-growth fintech, ensuring accurate and compliant financial records. You'll drive month-end close, run cash and P2P operations, and champion AI-driven automation in finance. This role offers direct impact on scalable accounting and a path to Accounting Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive month-end and year-end close across multiple entities
• Own cash accounting, P2P, and revenue recognition
• Coordinate accounting with outsourced partners in UK and Romania
• Lead strategic finance projects like ERP implementation

📋 Requirements

• ~5 years of professional accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
• Experience with multi-entity accounting
• Hands-on with core processes: close, cash, P2P, revenue

✨ Nice to Have

• German GAAP (HGB) and tax knowledge
• B2B SaaS or fast-scaling environment experience
• Working proficiency in German
