💼 About This Role

You'll own complex technical investigations and lead troubleshooting for Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 escalations. You'll support customers protecting Microsoft 365 workloads across customer-managed and SaaS-delivered offerings. This role combines deep technical problem-solving with direct customer impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle escalated support cases for Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 and Veeam Data Cloud
• Troubleshoot end-to-end Microsoft 365 data protection scenarios
• Investigate issues using logs, configuration analysis, and lab reproduction
• Collaborate with Engineering on defect lifecycle and customer updates

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Technical Support (L2+) or Escalation Engineering for enterprise software
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads
• Proven ability to read and interpret logs and isolate root cause
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL (basic administration/troubleshooting)

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience deploying/operating Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365
• Experience with Elastic / Kibana or similar observability platforms
• Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python)
