💼 About This Role

You'll join the Corporate Data team to scale and maintain the corporate people data warehouse, supporting analytics for People & Workplace functions. You'll design and operate ETL pipelines that power workforce insights and program effectiveness. This role offers 100% remote work and a chance to impact a global tech platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure for analytics and reporting.
• Develop and operate ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver large-scale datasets.
• Work with distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark, Hive, or MPP architectures.
• Partner with Data Analysts to provide reliable datasets and troubleshoot data issues.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering building data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Strong expertise in SQL, including joins, aggregations, unions, and window functions.
• Experience with data modeling and schema design for analytical systems.
• Experience building ETL pipelines using Airflow or similar orchestration tools.

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies.
• Familiarity with real-time data ingestion frameworks like Kafka or Flume.
