You'll play a key role in a dynamic technology team, driving enterprise systems that support business functions like Marketing, Accounting, and IT. You'll enhance existing systems and lead modernization efforts, including AI-driven capabilities and intelligent automation. This role offers a path to re-architect legacy platforms for a NYC-focused REIT.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead all phases of the software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues by identifying root causes.
• Design and develop integrations, APIs, and services connecting internal and external platforms.
• Develop ETL processes and interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of application development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C#, Java, or C++.
• Experience with Salesforce customization and development.
• Proficiency with Git, version control, and DevOps practices.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Real Estate, Finance, or Attractions, Tour and Travel.
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts and LLM integration.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
