You'll lead a veterinary emergency hospital, guiding a team to deliver clinically excellent care and exceptional customer experiences. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and maintain a positive culture through team huddles and recognition
• Lead team meetings focusing on medical quality and well-being
• Aid growth and development of doctors via 1:1 meetings and plans
• Head patient safety initiative to ensure safe and excellent care

📋 Requirements

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree
• 5+ years of 24/7 ER experience and critical case management
• Passion for customer satisfaction through highest medical care
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Training in emergency surgery/endoscopy
