• Collaborate with healthcare clients to translate data challenges into solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with healthcare data including claims or clinical data.
• 2+ years of experience in value-based care.
• Advanced SQL skills and data modeling capabilities.
• Ability to engage clients on value-based goals and translate into deliverables.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with modern data tools like dbt, Redshift, Snowflake, or Looker.
• Experience with BI tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with FHIR or healthcare interoperability standards.
