💼 About This Role

You'll own the operational engine for a 100+ person Client Operations organization, translating strategic direction into disciplined execution. You'll serve as the connective tissue between the SVP and cross-functional partners, driving annual and multi-year planning cycles and ensuring clarity and velocity. This role offers genuine ownership and the chance to build a small Strategy & Operations team over time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and own annual planning and multi-year strategy cycles
• Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership rhythms
• Drive cross-functional programs and build a team of Program Managers
• Own executive-level communications (Board, All Hands, offsites)

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in strategy or business operations roles
• Experience as a Chief of Staff or senior strategic operator
• Proven track record running annual and multi-year planning
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
