🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle post-settlement customer enquiries and requests
  • Process account payments and statement requests
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and systems
  • Take inbound calls as part of a rotating team

📋 Requirements

  • Background in customer service or admin in financial services
  • Knowledge of loan products and account maintenance
  • Confidence using CRM tools and financial platforms

  • Experience in call centre environment
  • Familiarity with Australian lending regulations
