💼 About This Role

You'll join a team of clinicians and AI experts to assess and certify medical AI devices for market access. Your work ensures innovative technology reaches patients safely and quickly while supporting the world's most ambitious medical AI companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI/ML performance testing and statistical analyses for clinical claims
• Communicate complex AI/ML concepts to internal teams and customers
• Represent Scarlet at external events and conferences
• Screen and action insights from latest AI in healthcare research

📋 Requirements

• PhD in AI in healthcare or Master's in Health Data Science or AI-focused medical statistics
• Experience evaluating AI/ML model performance metrics and validation in regulated environments
• Experience assessing statistical analyses supporting clinical benefit claims
• Experience communicating complex AI topics to non-technical audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Research experience in designing clinical studies
• Real-world data analysis with bias frameworks like ROBINS-I
• Deployment and evaluation of LLMs in healthcare
