💼 About This Role

You'll provide trauma-informed advocacy and direct services to survivors of gender-based violence. Your core impact is helping survivors achieve safe, stable housing through case management and community partnerships. This role is fully onsite in South King County, WA.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide culturally relevant advocacy to survivors of gender-based violence.
  • Assess housing needs and develop stability plans with clients.
  • Manage caseload of 15-20 survivors in varying stages of housing.
  • Maintain accurate client files and complete HMIS data entry.

📋 Requirements

  • 1 year of experience with housing/shelter working with GBV survivors.
  • Valid WA driver's license and ability to travel independently.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and cellphone text.
  • Must maintain 20 hours of continued education on advocacy-based DV.

  • Knowledge of community resources and confidence in handling complicated situations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of intersection of racism and poverty.
