You'll own governance, reporting, and coordination for a cloud-native banking platform's global SRE team. You'll ensure incident, change, and downtime processes run smoothly, driving reliability at scale. This role puts you at the center of stakeholder collaboration and operational excellence in a high-growth fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Govern communication channels and ensure timely responses.
• Manage calendars, RSVPs, and meeting scheduling.
• Oversee change management lifecycle and CAB alignment.
• Track downtime, EOD issues, and incident RCAs.
• Publish monthly governance decks and update SLO metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 4-8 years in Project Management in a technical domain.
• B.Tech degree in a related field.
• Strong operational and delivery management skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or banking domain.
• Familiarity with ITIL or SRE frameworks.
• Exposure to incident management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
