💼 About This Role

You'll support all medical education programs for Penumbra's product lines, driving timely logistics and on-site support. You'll collaborate with the sales team, physicians, and third-party vendors to ensure compliant execution of events like dinners and webinars. This role requires significant travel and a hybrid work schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate logistics for medical education programs including planning and site contracting.
• Assemble and distribute course materials to ensure timely delivery.
• Support program registration and travel processes with attendee communications.
• Provide on-site support for programs, including local and out-of-state travel.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
• Ability to interact with physicians and healthcare professionals professionally.
• Experience in event planning (preferred but listed as requirement).

✨ Nice to Have

• Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industry experience.
• Event planning experience.
