You'll serve as the face of Redwood Credit Union, providing exceptional service to members and handling account openings, loan transactions, and cross-selling. Your core impact will be matching member needs to credit union products while ensuring accurate transactions and file maintenance. This role stands out with a strong focus on member relationships and community impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Open accounts and process loan applications
• Perform teller transactions and reconcile cash nightly
• Cross-sell credit union products and services
• Answer phone inquiries and perform file maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Knowledge of financial institution products and services including loans
• Skilled in counting and balancing cash
• Ability to cross-sell using a needs-based sales approach
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays
