π― What You'll Do
- Own and optimize full email lifecycle strategy across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
- Execute segmentation, behavioral targeting, and A/B testing to improve conversions.
- Partner with editorial and AdOps teams to align email with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to leadership.
π Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with email automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo.
- Proven ability to develop email growth strategies for acquisition and retention.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics or Looker.

- At least 1 year managing or mentoring team members.
- Experience with CRM systems or CDPs for segmentation.
- Familiarity with newsletter monetization (sponsorships, affiliate programs).
